Orders

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped on Mondays. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Pre-order items are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, however in some cases it may take up to 1 month depending on demand.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.


Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

What if I entered the wrong address?
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of our products being hygiene-related, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim, as this is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with clear evidence. We will send the correct item, but refunds are not offered.

Are your products safe?
Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Can I use this on sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, we strongly recommend patch testing first.
