Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays only.
Orders placed after our weekly cutoff will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow time for order preparation before dispatch.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, please note:
- Pre-orders are shipped within 2 weeks from the date your order is placed
- In some cases, processing may take up to 1 month depending on demand or stock availability
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, holidays)
Incorrect Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. While we will do our best to assist, Puree Hygiene is not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels caused by the courier.
