Returns & Refunds Policy

At Puree Hygiene, we take hygiene and safety seriously. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products being personal and hygiene-related items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging all orders securely before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the courier service directly to lodge a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging and taking photos as evidence to support your claim with the courier.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear evidence (photos of the items received and your order details)

Once approved, we will send out the correct item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders
  • We only provide a replacement for the correct item
